Charlotte Rae Euliss, 79, of Forsyth, went to her heavenly home on March 19, 2023, surrounded by her family.
She was born March 22, 1943, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of William Ernest and Gladys Mae (Pine) Wakefield.
Charlotte was a strong faithful woman who loved the Lord. She modeled the sacrificial love of Christ in all she did. Charlotte provided her children with everything she was able to and more, often going without herself so that her children could have. “Everything we have and everything we are came from the foundation that Mom and Dad provided for us. Mom and Dad, we love you and will miss you until we see you again in heaven.”
She was a proud graduate of Bethany School of Nursing and dedicated 49 years of her life immersed in her passion delivering over 2000 babies including most of her grandchildren. Her life was filled with the love of her Family, traveling with her siblings, photography, and scrapbooking.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, Reverend William and Gladys Wakefield; husband Gordon Robert Euliss; sister Dorothea (Jim) Entrikin; brothers Alan Wakefield and Gordon (Florence) Wakefield.
She is survived by her brother Kenneth (Mary) Wakefield; daughter Jo Kasuba (Dan); sons Ryan (Kimberly) Euliss and Evan (Liesl) Euliss; grandchildren Shannon (Brandon) Stevenson, Taylor Kasuba, Alyssa Kasuba, Jacob Kasuba, Layton Euliss, and Calvin Euliss; along with numerous nieces and nephews that Mom lovingly considered her own.
