Galen Earl Tipper, 62, of Kissee Mills, Missouri, went home to be with his Lord on January 9, 2022. He was born on March 7, 1959, to Ewell Hoyt Tipper and Shirley Ann Barnett Tipper.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Darlene Brown Tipper of the home; mother-in-law, Mary Taylor Brown of Mountain View, Arkansas; his sister Tanya Tipper-Luster and husband Rick; nieces Kahli Luster Yoho and husband Andy, and Kahbri Luster all of Melbourne, Florida; the family members of Gary and Bonnie Hankins of Crowder, Mississippi—his “Family of his heart”..
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents; father -in-law Richard Brown; Gary Hankins; and nephew Corbin Luster.
Galen was a lifelong carpenter by trade who built many houses in different states. He was also a pastor in Arkansas, Kentucky, Illinois, and Colorado throughout the years. He loved building homes and seeing people receive spiritual help from the Lord.
Galen was an intense personality and it affected everything he did. He put 100 % into his work, his preaching, and his friendships. You never had to wonder where he stood on any topic, he wouldn’t hesitate to tell you as intensely as he did everything else in his life. He was fiercely patriotic.
There will be a celebration of life on March 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Clay Cooper Theater in Branson, Missouri.
