Cory Dean Weter

Cory Dean Weter, age 43, of Rockaway Beach, Missouri passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at home in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. 

Cory was born in Springfield, Missouri on June 1st, 1978, to Steve and Wilma Weter.  On August 25, 2018, in Branson, Missouri he was united in marriage to Erica Bourg who survives.  Also surviving are his son Jacob Weter of Branson, Missouri; son Austin Weter of Branson, Missouri; daughter Abby Kidwell of Branson West, Missouri; twin sister Lori (Scott) Pickens of Branson, Missouri; mother Wilma Brown of Branson, Missouri; and, mother in-law Rena Bourg of Rockaway Beach, Missouri. 

Preceding him in death were his father Steve Weter; father in-law Jimmy Bourg Sr.; paternal grandparents Delbert and Mable Weter, and maternal grandparents Melvin and Georgine Cummings. 

Cory was generous, loving and dedicated to his family.  He was always there at the drop of a hat if you needed anything.  He had a great love for music, art, enjoyed fishing and doing landscaping.   He loved spending time with his family and was very proud of his children. 

Cory was a faithful man who loved the Lord and had special memories attending New Haven General Baptist Church while growing up.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
